This review is just for this location and was the worst customer experience from any auto parts store ever. The manager John caused it all. I bought a part out of another Advance but picked it up out of this store. This was a 20 minute trip for me but I realized on the way that I did need the part. I received in this store from John but I told him that I didn't need the part and would like to return it and refund my credit card. He told me that I would have to take it to another store because he didn't want to take the hit for the return at his store. He told me that he didn't care that I had to drive out of the way to pick up the part and then threw his hands up and said he wasn't gonna argue with customers. Then he started to walked off while instructing everyone at the counter not to give me a refund. Before he walked off I asked for the home office info and his name to file a complaint and he wrote it down on register paper. I'm about to call the corporate office and file a complaint. I've spent plenty of money at Advance over the years and typically the service is great but this guy John S is tempting me to switch to a competitor. I hope that the company doesn't respond in the same manner. This guy needs to be fired in my opinion.
